Return Timeframe

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Item Condition

• Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Items must be free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear.

Refunds

• Returns are refunded as store credit in the form of an Arose Studio gift card.

Processing Time

• Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the items.

Packaging Requirements

• Please package each order separately when returning items.

Eligibility Exclusions

• Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
